Family Martial Arts, and introduction to
Indo Chinese Arts and Mixed Martial Arts,
ages 6 and up.

In these fun and informative classes you can enjoy Kempo, Kuntao, and Jiu-Jitsu, with a brief introduction to other popular styles including grappling and Kickboxing.

You will have a great time and get in the best shape of your life while learning practical Self Defense techniques and some of the most useful Martial Arts applications you have ever seen.

All students can attend as many classes as you want for the same monthly rate.
